We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager for our organization with having a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in working for IT firms as a project manager.
Job Summary:
Experience: 2-5 year (Good knowledge of PHP or Industrial training or hands-on project experience is compulsory)
Education: B.E (Computer/IT), MCA, M.Sc(IT), B.Tech, BCA
Location: Nagpur
Role: Project Manager
Key skills: Specialization in CMS/Frameworks like Magento, Cake PHP, Zend, WordPress, Drupal, MVC/Core PHP etc.
Salary: Salary as per industry standards & skill set
Skills:
Strong technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in technologies like CMS, eCommerce, Project Management, Client Management, Team Management, Software Development Life Cycle, Knowledge in Software Technologies. The candidate doesn’t need to have a coding background but should work as a bridge between the client and the development team.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience for a minimum of 2-5 years as a project manager in the domain
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. MBA in IT would also be preferable.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Database, frameworks, etc.
- Technical knowledge of CMS and Ecommerce
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should be able to communicate the clients from the US and UK
- Conflict resolution abilities with keen attention to details
- Efficient troubleshooter with the capacity to manage tight deadlines
- Self-motivated individual with sound leadership skills
