Pragma Software is hiring a QA Project Manager to lead our software testing efforts and deliver high-quality products for our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Lead QA activities across multiple software projects.
- Plan and track testing efforts with developers and project teams.
- Create and manage test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Supervise and guide the QA team in manual and automated testing.
- Monitor QA metrics like defect counts and testing coverage.
- Identify risks early and suggest improvements to testing processes.
- Use tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium for testing and tracking.
- Share QA results and feedback with internal teams and clients.
- Promote a strong culture of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Need
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/ME/MTech) or a related technical field.
- Strong QA leadership experience is also considered.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years managing QA activities or leading QA projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Selenium).
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of software development and web technologies.
