Pragma Software is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead software projects, support our growing team, and deliver great results for our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, organize, and manage software development projects.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and clients to meet project goals.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and solve issues quickly.
- Make sure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Use tools like Jira or Trello to manage tasks and workflows.
- Lead project meetings, share updates with clients, and keep everyone aligned.
- Support the team with technical discussions and basic problem-solving.
- Follow best practices for software development, security, and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members when needed.
What You Need
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/ME/MTech) or a related technical field.
- Strong experience and project management certifications are also welcomed.
Experience
- At least 2 years managing technical/software development projects.
- Good understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Basic understanding of web technologies and application development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
